Laundromat FAQ

We are open daily from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM. The last wash is at 10:30 PM.

Yes, the store is fully attended to assist customers, except for a brief period between 2:45 PM and 3:30 PM. Our amazing staff deserves a break.

We are a hybrid coin and app operated store! You can pay with coin, or use our digital system via the Laundry Boss mobile app or the in-store kiosk.

Yes! We have huge 80 Lb. and 60 Lb. washers.

Yes, we offer ample parking in front of the location.

Wash and Fold Questions

You can drop off your laundry at our laundromat location: 3031 N Broadway, Lincoln Heights, CA 90031.

You can drop off/pick up your laundry anytime the store is open: 5:00 AM–12:00 AM, except for a brief period between 2:45 PM and 3:30 PM.

Our pricing is based on the speed of turnaround:
•    Next-Day: $1.50 per pound
•    Same-Day: $1.70 per pound (Cutoff time is 4:30 PM)

We use only premium brand products for our fluff and fold. Tide is available for an additional $3.00 (must be noted on the order). We also offer a Free & Clear option as well.

Orders are usually completed same day unless they are dropped off late in the afternoon. If you want same-day service, please drop off no later than 4:30PM.

Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?

We charge $1.50/lb for next day and $1.70/lb for same day turnaround. 

Yes, there is a minimum order requirement of 10 pounds or $15.00.

Pickup and Delivery Questions

Our dedicated drivers are available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

•    Regularly Recurring Orders: $1.85 per pound
•    One-off/As-Needed Orders: $2.00 per pound

Yes. $40.

Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you the day after we pick them up.

You can place and manage your pickup order easily through our website by clicking on the schedule a pickup button and following the prompts. You can also call our store during business hours to schedule if you need help.

No, you do not. When you schedule your order, you can specify a secure, designated location (e.g., front porch, back door, apartment concierge). Our drivers will follow your instructions for both pickup and drop-off.

There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any special instructions. 

 

No there is not. You can cancel at any time. 

Your credit card will be charged when your laundry order is completed. 

We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a secure trash bag that can be cinched closed. 

You can suspend your service until you return. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return. 

General Laundry Process

We offer a variety of high-quality products, including Tide, Gain, All Free & Clear, and Tide Pods. We have an entire soap store available for products.

We carefully sort all laundry into whites, colors, and darks.

Yes, we match up all pairs of socks for you.

Yes, we do spot treatment, and there is no fee for this service.

Yes, we accommodate special instructions regarding heat settings, delicate cycles, and other specific care instructions you provide.
